Refund policy

The Reckless Abandon Boutique has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This includes items purchased from the Once-Loved range. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The fastest way to return is in person at the shop.

Refunds

You will be notified once your item has been received and inspected. If approved, you will be automatically refunded your original payment method. It may take longer for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items 

Underwear, footwear, necklaces and earrings will not be refunded. 

Exchanges

Exchanges are welcome if you notify us within 14 days. You are welcome to return your item for a different size, colour, or for a different garment. 

Exchanges can be made on items purchased using Reckless Gift Cards.
